Previously with the Los Angeles office of a major international accounting firm, Ron has well-rounded abilities in all areas of accounting and financial planning. As President of the firm and an audit and accounting partner, he provides the benefit of his experience to the firm's clients in a broad range of tax, accounting, and estate planning services. Ron has been a member of the Firm for over 25 years.

Ron is currently a board member of Genspan Foundation. He is a past President of the Central Coast Chapter of the California Society of CPAs, and has served on numerous committees in that organization. Ron has been a board member and President of the Santa Maria Valley Economic Development Association, a board member of the Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce, the UCSB Economic Forecast Project for North Santa Barbara County, and served on the United Way of Santa Maria Board of Directors for nine years.
