Processing Clerk
Processing Clerk position available in a fast-paced accounting firm. Part-time, Seasonal (02/13/12-04/16/12), 20-35 hrs/wk, M-F with occasional Saturdays. Required skills and abilities: comfortable with computers, familiar with Excel and Word, filing, 35 wpm typing (test required), lift 20 lbs., answer multi-line telephone, multi-tasking in busy professional office environment and standing for long periods of time required. Position will also require running errands in personal car. Applicant must have reliable transportation and a valid CA driver’s license. Experience processing tax returns a plus. Seasonal Staff
The firm is looking for a California licensed CPA with a minimum of 2-5 years tax preparation experience. Pro-Systems tax software and Research Institute research experienced preferred.
